Mark DeMontis

Mark is a Toronto-based social entrepreneur, broadcaster and speaker. He is best known for founding Courage Canada, which is now the Canadian Blind Hockey Association and has hosted five seasons of The National, an original program Sports Access on AMI TV.

At age 17 he was diagnosed with LHON and now at age 31 has spent over 10 years in the non-profit sector working in accessibility, assistive technology and Paralympic sport. Currently he is running as the Ontario PC candidate for York South – Weston in the 2018 Ontario general election.
